Ordering

How does this work?

You choose your meals from our delicious weekly menu.

We deliver your freshly cooked meals on the day you choose during a time slot you've selected.

Your meals arrive chilled to ensure maximum freshness. All you need to do is heat, eat and enjoy! 

When do i receive my meals?

We deliver weekly during the following time slots: 

12pm-1pm | 1pm-2pm

6pm-7pm   | 7pm-8pm

Is there a delivery charge?

Yes, we charge a fee for delivery depending on your area. Please check with us before you submit your order.  

When and how do I pay for my order? 

Once you fill out the order form, we will send you an email containing a payment link for your order that can easily be paid online using Paypal, Credit/Debit Card. No meals will be delivered unless payment has been made. Unfortunately we do not accept cash at this point. Feel free to tip your driver in cash, however.

How is the food packaged?

All our freshly cooked meals are packaged in microwavable containers so you can easily reheat your meals whenever you want! 

how long does the food stay fresh?

Since we cook our food on the day of delivery, your meals should be consumed within 3 days.

Questions about my order

What if I forgot to add something to my order?

Contact us at info@chefomz.com we’ll make sure you get all the items you want added to your order.

What if my order is late?

Sometimes things outside of our control can cause a delay. Where we can, we will always try and proactively call you if we feel that your order might not arrive within your desired time of delivery, and our team will be working to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

What if I am not around when the delivery driver arrives?

If you think you won’t be at the delivery address in time to receive your order, please let us know by emailing info@chefomz.com

Our driver will always try to call you if there is an issue once they reach your delivery address. If they are unable to get hold of you, our team will try and reach you via phone and email. Please check your emails during the delivery time for any updates.

What if I have allergies?

If you have specific allergies and are concerned about any items on the menu, please contact us at info@chefomz.com.
